 🌿 *آسان شرعی مسئلہ: نمبر102*🌿 سوال: *وہ کونسے تین وقت ہیں جن میں کوئی نماز جائز نہیں؟* *{1: سورج طلوع ہونے سے بعد بیس منٹ تک 2: سورج غروب ہونے سے پہلے بیس منٹ 3: نصف النہار سے سورج کے زاول تک۔}* ان تینوں وقتوں میں کوئی نماز جائز نہیں نہ فرض نہ واجب نہ نفل نہ ادا نہ قضا۔  *👈البتہ اگر اسی دن کی عصر رہتی ہو، تو پڑھ لے، اگرچہ سورج ڈوبنے والا ہو مگر اتنی تاخیر (لیٹ) کرنا حرام ہے۔* الفتاوی الھندیہ 52/1 آسان * Easy Shariah Issue: No. 102 *  Question: What are the three times in which no prayer is permissible? *  * {1: twenty minutes after sunrise 2: twenty minutes before sunset 3: from meridian to sunset}  قضا۔  * 👈Of course, if it is the afternoon of the same day, then read it, even though the sun is about to set, but it is haraam to be so late. *  Fatwa of India 52/1

  { وَ الَّذِیْنَ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِمَاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَیْكَ : اور وہ ایمان لاتے ہیں اس پر جو تمہاری طرف نازل کیا ۔ }اس آیت میں اہلِ کتاب کے وہ مومنین مراد ہیں جو اپنی کتاب پر اور تمام پچھلی آسمانی کتابوں پراور انبیاء  عَلَیْہِمُ الصَّلٰوۃُ وَالسَّلَام   پر  نازل ہونے والی وحیوں پر ایمان لائے اور قرآن پاک پر بھی ایمان لائے۔ اس آیت میں ’’ مَاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَیْكَ   ‘‘ سے تمام قرآن پاک اور پوری شریعت مراد   ,................... ............... ............ وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَا َۤنْزِلَ لَِلَيْكَ And those who believe in that which has been revealed to you. } This verse refers to the believers of the People of the Book who believe in their Book and in all the previous heavenly books and in the revelations revealed to the Prophets (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon them) and also in the Holy Qur'aan. In this verse, “مَا ُۤنْزِلَ لَِلَيْكَ” means the whole Qur'an and the entire Shari'ah. Follow me my speech

  ﺣﻀﺮﺕ ﺣﺴﻦ ﺑﺼﺮﯼ ﺭﺣﻤۃ ﺍﻟﻠﮧ ﻋﻠﯿﮧ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﺗﮯ ﮨﯿﮟ . ﮐﺘﮯ ﮐﮯ ﺍﻧﺪﺭ 10 ﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﯾﺴﯽ ﮨﯿﮟ ﮐﮯ ﺍﻥ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺳﮯ ﺍﯾﮏ ﺻﻔﺖ ﺑﮭﯽ ﺍﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻣﯿﮟ ﭘﯿﺪﺍ ﮨﻮ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﺗﻮ وه بزرگی تک پہنچ جاتا ہے۔ 1. ﮐﺘﮯ ﮐﮯ ﺍﻧﺪﺭ ﻗﻨﺎﻋﺖ ﮨﻮﺗﯽ ﮨﮯ، ﺟﻮ ﻣﻞ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﺍﺳﯽ ﭘﺮ ﻗﻨﺎﻋﺖ ﮐﺮ ﻟﯿﺘﺎ ﮨﮯ، ﺭﺍﺿﯽ ﮨﻮ ﺟﺎﺗﺎ ﮨﮯ ﯾﮧ ﻗﺎﻧﻌﯿﻦ ﺍﻭﺭ ﺻﺎﺑﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ . 2. ﮐﺘﺎ ﺍﮐﺜﺮ ﺑﮭﻮﮐﺎ ﺭﮨﺘﺎ ﮨﮯ ﯾﮧ ﺻﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ . 3. ﮐﻮﺋﯽ ﺩﻭﺳﺮﺍ ﮐﺘﺎ ﺍﺱ ﭘﺮ ﺯﻭﺭ ﮐﯽ ﻭﺟﮧ ﺳﮯ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺁ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ ﺗﻮ ﯾﮧ ﺍﭘﻨﯽ ﺟﮕﮧ ﭼﮭﻮﮌ ﮐﺮ ﺩﻭﺳﺮﯼ ﺟﮕﮧ ﭼﻼ ﺟﺎﺗﺎ ﮨﮯ ﯾﮧ ﺭﺍﺿﻌﯿﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ . 4. ﺍﺳﮑﺎ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ ﺍﺳﮯ ﻣﺎﺭﮮ ﺑﮭﯽ ﺗﻮ ﺍﺳﮯ ﭼﮭﻮﮌ ﮐﺮ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﺟﺎﺗﺎ ﯾﮧ ﺻﺎﺩﻗﯿﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ . 5. ﺍﮔﺮ ﺍﺳﮑﺎ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ ﮐﮭﺎﻧﺎ ﮐﮭﺎ ﺭﮨﺎ ﮨﻮ ﺗﻮ ﯾﮧ ﺑﺎﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻗﻮﺕ ﺍﻭﺭ ﻃﺎﻗﺖ ﮐﮯ، ﺍﺱ ﺳﮯ ﮐﮭﺎﻧﺎ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﭼﮭﯿﻨﺘﺎ، ﺩﻭﺭ ﺳﮯ ﺑﯿﭩﮫ ﮐﺮ ﮨﯽ ﺩﯾﮑﮭﺘﺎ ﺭﮨﺘﺎ ﮨﮯ، ﯾﮧ ﻣﺴﮑﯿﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ . 6. ﺟﺐ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ ﺍﭘﻨﮯ ﮔﮭﺮ ﻣﯿﮟ ﮨﻮ ﺗﻮ ﯾﮧ ﺩﻭﺭ ﺟﻮﺗﮯ ﮐﮯ ﭘﺎﺱ ﺑﯿﭩﮫ ﺟﺎﺗﺎ ﮨﮯ، ﺍﺩﻧﯽٰ ﺟﮕﮧ ﭘﺮ ﺭﺍﺿﯽ ﮨﻮ ﺟﺎﺗﺎ ﮨﮯ، ﯾﮧ ﻣﺘﻮﻓﻘﯿﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ . 7. ﺍﮔﺮ ﺍﺳﮑﺎ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ ﺍﺳﮯ ﻣﺎﺭﮮ ﺍﻭﺭ ﯾﮧ ﺗﮭﻮﮌﯼ ﺩﯾﺮ ﮐﮯ ﻟﺌﮯ ﭼﻼ ﺟﺎﺋﮯ، ﭘﮭﺮ ﻣﺎﻟﮏ ﺍﺳﮯ ﺩﻭﺑﺎﺭﮦ ﭨﮑﮍﺍ ﮈﺍﻝ ﺩﮮ، ﺗﻮ ﯾﮧ ﺩﻭﺑﺎﺭﮦ ﺁ ﮐﺮ ﮐﮭﺎ ﻟﯿﺘﺎ ﮨﮯ ﻧﺎﺭﺍﺽ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﮨﻮﺗﺎ، ﯾﮧ ﺧﺎﺷﻌﯿﻦ ﮐﯽ ﻋﻼﻣﺖ ﮨﮯ ۸ 8. ﺩﻧﯿﺎ ﻣﯿﮟ ﺭﮨﻨﮯ ﮐﮯ ﻟﺌﮯ ﺍﺳﮑﺎ ﺍﭘﻨﺎ ﮐﻮﺋﯽ ﮔﮭﺮ ﻧﮩﯿﮟ ﮨﻮﺗﺎ، ﯾﮧ ﻣﺘﻮﮐﻠﯿﻦ...
